Established 501(C)3 2018
Once upon a time in 2016 a seed was sprouted by a few individuals to create a charitable organization. These individuals had a a life-long dream to be of value and to do their part to make this world a better place. It took 2 years for all the paperwork and applications to get completed. Their hard work and patience got rewarded in February 2018 when Share International was officially certified by the IRS as a 501(c)3 organization.
Now let's get to work!
June 2019: Wildfire Relief
In June 2019 Share International was able to provide RELIEF during the devastating wild fires in Australia. We contributed to the Australia Zoo Wildlife Warriors that rescued and rehabilitated displaced wildlife.
October 2019: DCPS & Concious Discipline
In October 2019 we could EMPOWER local DCPS School, Brightwood Elementary to launch a pilot program named "Conscious Discipline".
The Program promotes an improved social and emotional intelligence towards teaching and many more aspects. The method leads to improved behavior and academic outcome by all parties involved in the process.
Upon successful completion of the pilot program, Share International hopes to implement the same in different schools of need.
April 2020: Pandemic Relief
In April 2020 Share International was able to provide RELIEF to local families in need of food who were hit by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
May 2020: Ronald McDonald House
In May 2020 Share International could assist in SUSTAINING families at the Fairfax Ronald McDonald House of Charities.

Kids SHARE
The COVID19 Pandemic has impacted the world in ways that we have yet to fathom. It has touched many lives & impacted the means of families and businesses alike. Public schools have been closed since mid-March 2020 with virtual learning already set for the next school year.
Along with social distancing & other restrictions, our elementary school children will not have the same opportunities compared to adults or teens to make meaningful connections with their peers.
For this reason, SHARE International is providing a forum called Kids SHARE for elementary school children (Grades 1-6) through which kids can connect in a safe environment.
Kids SHARE started its pilot on August 23, 2020. These sessions will be hosted on a bi-weekly basis. The SHARE board members and approved volunteers will be the designated moderators.
